Position Summary:
As a Regional Fleet Maintenance Manager you are accountable for effectively supporting seven terminal locations within six states in the Northeast. This leader will need to be able to multi-task in a demanding environment and motivate team members to meet the daily expectations, while promoting the Company’s Core Values. In addition, this position will coach and mentor employees, manage employees, and partner with vendors to establish a more efficient maintenance program.The Regional Manager position will travel weekly to all outlying terminals/shops to evaluate and assess the situations.
