Job Overview:

Shift: D2; 6:30AM - 7:00 PM 2/2/3 Schedule.

The Spartanburg operation is a state-of-the-art coffee roasting and pod packaging facility, hosting a full beverage distribution center. It is the largest KDRP manufacturing and distribution site, operating on TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean principles, and High Performance Teams. Associates are accountable to both a functional business unit and the full site operation, utilizing advanced enterprise IT and manufacturing systems with high automation.

Maintenance Manager / Crew Leader

This role involves leading and inspiring a team of 8+ maintenance technicians within a highly automated TPM environment. The manager will oversee safety, quality, and efficiency, facilitating continuous improvement and structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities include:

• Achieving safety, quality, and performance goals through leadership and safety culture promotion
• Leading cross-functional initiatives to optimize equipment and material flow
• Managing and developing a team through hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Supporting site operational meetings and TPM principles

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in manufacturing, military, or similar environment
• 3+ years' leadership experience supporting 10+ associates in a Lean setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP or similar systems
• Ability to stand frequently and lift 75 pounds without assistance
