Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations/logistics/maintenance
• 3–5 years of leadership and personnel development
• Ability to translate data into actionable items
• Strategic planning with tactical execution
• Lead across multiple facilities and teams

Responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety as a top priority and ensure safe work practices.
• Manage maintenance hub and spoke sites within budget.
• Recruit, train, and develop employees.
• Maximize ROI by planning and directing maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with Area and Branch Managers to implement maintenance strategy.
• Oversee repairs to maximize uptime using OT and vendors.
• Evaluate vehicles for replacement or refurbishment.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies (DOT, OSHA, etc.).
• Prepare reports and analyze data for improvements.
• Initiate projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure staff are trained and motivated; communicate with owners.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained.
