Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field is preferred.
• 10 years’ proven Fire Protection or closely related industry experience with prior leadership experience.
• NICET III or higher certification preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation projects across region ensuring on-time, cost-effective completion.
• Lead and develop project teams, coordinating design, scheduling, and field execution.
• Monitor costs, profits, and financial measures of construction operations.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local regulations.
• Collaborate with service and other departments for smooth project turnovers.
• Conduct regular reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
