Responsibilities

• Manage construction operations through strategic sales development, process control, operational/margin improvement initiatives, and the establishment of key performance indicators.
• Analyze market and business performance to ensure strategies meet budget and adjust plans as needed.
• Develop and drive project management terms, conditions, and minimum profit margins.
• Track, forecast, and communicate costs, profits, and financial measures of the total construction business.
• Lead department leads across design, scheduling, planning, construction, expediting, inspection and quality control.
• Collaborate with service department to ensure successful project turnovers.
• Conduct regular business review meetings to inspect performance and implement corrective actions.
• Review KPIs for sales, design, field installation, administration, and project management.
• Examine sales pipeline, backlog, resource utilization, cost control and overall revenue/margin contribution.
• Determine staffing needs and coordinate resources to achieve the plan.
• Manage and develop important subcontractor and vendor relationships.
• Create alliances that support strategy and deliver quality.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws and regulations.

Job Summary: The Area Install Manager is responsible for the management of all installation projects and leads the team to ensure these projects are completed on-time and in a cost-effective manner. The Area Install Manager is also responsible for the assigned region's strategic planning, financial management, project execution, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Job Responsibilities
