This role serves as a strategic partner to executive and operational leadership, delivering financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and business decision support.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A or related finance roles, excels at analyzing complex data, and communicates clearly with both

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of financial analysis, FP&A or accounting experience.
• Experience handling large, complex data sets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in financial modeling, forecasting and budgeting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to convey financial info to financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience supporting executive or business leadership teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
