Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, or operational finance.
• Demonstrated experience managing P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and financial reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to regional operations leadership, supporting financial performance and strategic planning.
• Own regional P&L reporting and analysis, including monthly results, variance analysis, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes in partnership with operational leadership.
• Analyze revenue, operating expenses, margins, and key cost drivers to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare financial reporting packages, business reviews, and ad hoc analyses for regional and corporate leadership.
• Translate financial and operational data into actionable recommendations that support profitability and business performance.
• Oversee regional month-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
• Partner with Corporate Accounting, Treasury, and FP&A to ensure consistency and accuracy across financial reporting.
• Review customer billing and contract-related financial activity to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment and support internal and external audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes, controls, and operational efficiencies.
