Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 3 years accounting and finance work experience including financial reporting, analysis, planning and forecasting.

• Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across organizational functions and with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Report revenue, cash collections and other financial metrics for the assigned region.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including project management, billing and collections, relationship management, and sales to ensure accurate and timely financial management.
• Work with other controllers to set and drive the financial strategy for the region.
• Assist with management of financial performance including bookings, revenue and cash collections.
• Create ad hoc and update standard reporting to secure closure of financial issues and sales opportunities.
• Provide input to the financial planning process.
• Perform regional forecasting and provide variance analysis of results relative to forecast.
