Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking a Finance Manager to support regional financial operations, physician compensation actions, and planning across its practices. The role partners with the Director of Finance to provide strategic analysis and act as a trusted advisor to physicians and operations teams.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive performance improvements and integration of new practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of related work experience.
• Health care industry experience and PE-backed portfolio exposure is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Budget & Forecast: Assist in creating the annual budget and ongoing forecasts to support operational planning and decision making for assigned area.
• Operational Efficiency: Track performance towards key performance metrics and productivity; communicate progress towards cost targets.
• Financial Compliance: Monitor regulatory requirements, financial policies, and internal controls.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare meaningful financial reports, ad hoc modeling, and variance analysis for leadership.
• Financial Results Review: Partner with accounting for month/quarter/year-end close; drive process improvements.
