US Foods, Inc. is seeking a Financial Leader overseeing up to six assigned Areas. You will partner with Region VP Finance, Area Presidents and cross-functional teams to drive planning, forecasting and control activities, and lead Area Finance leaders in remote locations.

The role requires deep experience in accounting and financial analysis, SOX compliance, and a track record of delivering actionable insights to improve profitability. Travel up to 75% across the region.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• 10 years of accounting and/or financial analysis management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and influence others.
• Knowledge of GAAP and SOX controls.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Travel up to 75%.

Mansioni

• Lead Area Finance teams and direct remote Area Finance leaders.
• Oversee daily, monthly and quarterly responsibilities is being met.
• Train, coach, and develop Area Directors, Finance.
• Planning & forecasting: develop annual plan and forecast for assigned Areas.
• Ensure planning/forecasting is accurate and on-time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set targets and action plans.
• Identify risks and opportunities and present plans to senior leaders.
• Decision support/analysis for projects and opportunities within the Region.
• Provide financial support to Region VP Finance and Area personnel as needed.
• Develop tools and systems with Support Office to provide critical financial information and recommendations.
• Drive profitability: review large local MDAs and customer incentives for profitable revenue growth.
• Oversee SOX controls and compliance testing at the Area level.
• Communicate monthly/quarterly results to Region and Support Office.
• Work with leadership to improve Area profitability and drive initiatives.
