Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts in Dallas seeks a Corporate Regional Director of Finance to oversee hotel accounting across the portfolio, ensuring policy compliance, accurate reporting, and strong internal controls. You will lead month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial planning, while mentoring property finance leaders and collaborating with operations, treasury, and shared services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum 7 years hospitality finance and accounting experience.
• Experience with multi-property hotel portfolios and shared services.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls and financial reporting.
• Proven month-end close, reconciliations and compliance experience.
• Familiarity with ERP, PMS, POS and reporting tools.
• Analytical, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for hotel accounting operations across the portfolio.
• Direct and support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow management.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized SOPs and policies.
• Lead relationship with shared services and BPO accounting functions.
• Partner with operations leadership to support financial performance and budgeting.
• Provide accounting guidance and operational support to finance teams.
• Monitor results to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strong internal controls.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Tax, Shared Services and Corporate Finance.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting with aligned assumptions.
• Serve as accounting subject matter expert for Trilogy leadership teams.
• Lead and develop property finance leaders and high-performing teams.
• Drive process improvements and automation across the function.
