Job summary

The Quest Organization Inc. in Houston seeks a Regional Finance Director to partner with the Regional President and operations leadership to oversee financial planning, forecasting, project financial performance, reporting and decision support.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, project costing, cash flow, and month-end close for construction programs, delivering actionable insights and ensuring profitability across regional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, scenario planning, and regional financial planning.
• Partner with Operations and Project Management on project profitability, forecasting, job costing, change orders, contingencies, cash flow, and over/under billings.
• Monitor project performance, progress billings, A/R, retention, and collection activity.
• Provide financial analysis and actionable insights on markets, customers, resource planning, costs, and investments.
• Lead monthly financial reporting and support month-end close, including project forecasts, accrued costs, variances, and jobs exceeding 100% completion.
