Job summary

Epiroc in Mosinee, WI is seeking a Business Controller to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing governance of Business Control and risk management processes for the region. You will partner with management to safeguard reporting quality and drive KPI analysis across the organization.

The role requires strong financial control experience, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team while coordinating with the RCoE and Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, accounting and/or Business Control in multiple environments.
• Proven track record of delivering high quality work to tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership in coaching and collaborating with others in Business Control and risk management.
• Ability to develop management reports and other relevant management information.
• Experience in managing people.
• Audit experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of local accounting and fiscal rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation and follow-up of Business Control processes and financial management standards for the region.
• Ensure reporting procedures and quality align with The Epiroc Way and local laws, maintaining open communication with internal and external parties.
• Proactively review and analyze business trends, consolidate profit, market contribution and KPI metrics to support targets.
• Promote transparency in facts to enable informed decision making.
• Manage Plan to Perform process within Finance and coordinate cross-functionally.
• Monitor and verify financial performance and own balance sheet, income statement and KPIs for the entities in the region.
• Provide proactive business support within Financial Control beyond RCoE scope.
• Participate in projects and audits to ensure risk awareness and proper internal controls.
