Job summary

The Business Controller at Epiroc Mosinee will lead the design, implementation and ongoing driving of Regional Business Control processes and financial management standards, partnering with management to strengthen controls and planning.

You will analyze trends, profitability, cost drivers and KPIs, ensure reporting is accurate and compliant with The Epiroc Way and local regulations, and collaborate with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to enable informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, accounting or Business Control across multiple environments.
• Proven ability to deliver timely, quality financial reporting.
• Leadership experience coaching and collaborating in controls and risk management.
• Ability to develop management reports and other information for decision making.
• Experience overseeing people and audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and follow-up of regional Business Control processes and financial standards.
• Ensure reporting procedures align with The Epiroc Way and comply with laws.
• Analyze business trends, profitability, costs, and KPIs for leadership.
• Promote transparency in facts and figures to support informed decisions.
