Job summary

LP Building Solutions is seeking a regional sales professional to drive revenue growth and expand installer, builder and contractor accounts across designated regions. You will collaborate with Field Sales, Marketing and G&I to win accounts through the value of LP products and construction technologies.

You will lead training efforts, develop talent for future career growth, and ensure LP siding products meet local market needs while maintaining certifications and approvals as required.

Qualifications

• Education/degree in building science, basic sciences, architecture or related fields.
• Adequate combination of experience and training that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue growth target for the region(s).
• Lead direct reports and develop talent for future career growth.
• Ensure strong relationships and alignment with Field Sales to hit regional/market goals.
• Collaborate to market LP products and services to channel partners, builders and contractors.
• Lead training initiatives to ensure proper installation and product use.

Education
