Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a Regional Field Service Manager to lead field service operations across the South Central Region. The role oversees Field Service Technicians, Independent Service Operators, and cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional service, improve performance, and drive profitability.

This remote, region‑based position requires 15–25% travel and a hands‑on leadership style.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in field service operations, including leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven experience servicing, testing, calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic/mechanical equipment.
• Strong ability to interpret data, drive improvements, and manage budgets/fleet.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Life Fitness / Hammer Strength Field Service Technicians and ISOs in the assigned region.
• Establish and monitor regional field service metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee ISO performance and partner relationships; conduct capacity reviews.
• Serve as escalation point for complex service issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide coaching and development to field technicians and partners.
• Provide feedback to Engineering/Support on product quality and field issues.
