Job summary

FieldCore is seeking a Service Manager II to lead field service projects across PA, CT and NJ. You will own execution from start to finish, coordinating safety, quality, productivity, on-time delivery, and cost.

You will interface with customers and internal teams to ensure overall project success and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of project management experience, 3+ years leading teams, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
• 3+ years managing and developing employees.
• 3+ years of specialized/industry experience.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop field service outage cost estimates using standards and plan schedules, costs, and resources.
• Plan, prepare, and manage projects from beginning to end and track against KPI targets.
• Act as customer interface with P&L and communicate with various managers.
• Review forecast to maximize utilization and meet catalog targets.
• Review sub-contracts and negotiate terms and conditions.
• Lead daily project execution status calls and ensure project accountability.
• Own progress and cost monitoring with project controls support.
• Conduct audits and inspections during installation and commissioning activities.
• Analyze and report project close out metrics to operating plan targets.
