About the Team/Role
The Regional Field Sales Representative is a field sales and retention position responsible for working within a specific geographic region to grow revenue for WEX. The RSM maintains the current book of business and expands it through cross-selling, cold-calling, prospecting, consulting, and closing opportunities. This growth is driven by visiting new prospects face-to-face to understand their business, propose solutions provided by WEX, and close new business.
Base pay for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000+, plus commission, with targeted earnings of $95,000 to $114,000. Commission is uncapped.
Due to our sales process, this role is territory-specific; only candidates residing in MA, NY, VT, CT, NJ, NH, RI, PA, and ME will be considered.
