Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with supervisors and employees in dynamic field environments.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to identify patterns and trends from field observations.
• Working knowledge of serious risk controls and common field hazards across technical services.
• Understanding of OSHA 1910/1926 and translating requirements into practical expectations.
• Strong relationship-building and ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide field coaching to supervisors and PMs on pre-task planning, hazard recognition, and Stop/Start Work.
• Support high-risk work planning by identifying critical hazards and verifying non-negotiable controls.
• Conduct field engagements and document control gaps; verify and follow through on corrective actions.
• Assist with incident investigations by coaching leaders and contributing expertise.
• Gather incident data to support systemic corrective actions and KPI reporting.
• Promote vehicle safety and journey planning; assist with field training and enterprise tools.
