Job summary

Vesta Home seeks a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety across regional locations, including Vesta Home and Showroom Interiors sites, acquisitions, and partner facilities. This role spends significant time on-site, driving incident reporting, return-to-work, and claims management with a focus on compliant safety programs.

The role reports to the Director of Safety & CI and requires a strong field presence to elevate safety culture, training, and performance across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in safety, EHS, workers’ compensation, or risk management.
• Experience leading multi-site or regional safety programs.
• Ability to manage complex claims and coordinate with external TPAs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety ownership across regional locations and facilities.
• Lead workers’ compensation claims end-to-end with TPAs.
• Develop remediation plans for incidents and training programs.
• Track and report regional safety metrics and EMR impact.
• Coordinate on-call safety line and incident response.
• Collaborate with HR and CI on integration of acquired sites.
