• 2-3 years of project coordination or field service experience OR bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or electrical engineering
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the region; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, labor, materials, equipment, and documentation to support projects
• Monitor progress, milestones, and action items; liaise between field personnel, customers, contractors, and internal teams
• Support technician deployment and site readiness; assist with project closeout and commissioning tasks
