Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Field Site Coordinator to join the team in Jackson, MS. The role supports Field Service Leads and Operations in commissioning, startup, and field service projects, coordinating schedules, labor, materials, equipment, and documentation to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time execution.

Key duties include monitoring progress, tracking milestones, coordinating site resources, and supporting technician deployment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of project coordination or field service experience (or bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or electrical engineering).
• Ability to manage multiple projects amongst different locations at once.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the region. Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, labor, materials, equipment, and documentation to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, and action items; support site readiness and startup activities.
• Serve as liaison between field personnel, customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide administrative and operational support for site and project closeout activities while promoting safety and policy adherence.
