Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a Vice President of Field Operations to lead operations across 150–200 stores. You will partner with senior leaders to drive strategy, profitability, and customer service excellence while building high-performing teams and ensuring execution of initiatives across the region.

The role requires a strong track record in multi-unit retail leadership, P&L management, and collaboration with HR and operations partners. A Bachelor's degree and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to set regional direction.
• Proven leadership of large teams across multiple stores.
• Experience with budgets, P&L management, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Area HR, Store Management, and other leaders to set and execute the Region's key strategies.
• Lead regional initiatives to improve procedures, share best practices, and meet objectives.
• Develop annual plans with sales, budgets, forecasts, and store openings.
• Build high-performing teams through development, talent acquisition, and retention.
