Job summary

Americans for Prosperity (AFP) in Virginia seeks a Regional Field Manager to own the grassroots cycle in the Richmond area, recruiting volunteers, training canvassers, and representing AFP in the community.

You will build relationships with local leaders, supervise contractors, and manage outreach across diverse Virginia communities, aligning with Stand Together’s values of transformation and innovation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and grow a base of volunteers in Virginia.
• Build relationships with community leaders and advocacy groups.
• Supervise part-time canvassing staff and contractors.
• Represent AFP publicly and convey policy positions clearly.
• Manage region operations: budget, equipment, expenses, compliance.
• Design outreach and coalition-building to expand AFP’s footprint.
