Americans for Prosperity (AFP) seeks a Regional Field Manager for the Richmond area to own the grassroots cycle, recruit volunteers, train canvassers, and represent AFP locally. This role requires entrepreneurial initiative, strong collaboration, and the ability to travel across Virginia.
You will lead outreach, training, budget handling, and compliance while expanding AFP's footprint through creative advocacy and coalitionBuilding.
Americans for Prosperity (AFP) is the premier grassroots organization focused on advocating solutions to the country’s greatest challenges. We recognize that tens of millions of Americans are frustrated with the extreme partisanship in government that keeps common-sense reforms from being passed, and instead seek to stand with policy leaders who are committed to finding a better way.
Americans for Prosperity is part of the Stand Together philanthropic community.
We're looking for a Regional Field Manager who thinks and acts like an entrepreneur: someone who takes ownership, spots opportunities other people miss, and comes up with new ways to reach and mobilize people across Virginia.
This role owns the full grassroots cycle in the Richmond area, recruiting volunteers and community leaders, training and supervising part-time canvassers and representing AFP in the community.
