Job summary

NGP is seeking a Field Manager to lead localized experiential activities across the Metro NYC region. You will coordinate staffing, training, on-site execution, and reporting for multiple events including samplings, pop-ups, and festivals.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, vendor relations, and program metrics, while traveling to client meetings and event sites. A strong background in event production and cross-functional collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of event production/production management experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for regional brand and sales teams and agency partners.
• Oversee field operations for assigned markets including staff recruitment, training, logistics, scheduling, on-site management, reporting and QA.
• Develop budgets with Field Manager Director/Event Manager and reconcile execution costs.
