Job summary

Quantum Services in Concord, CA is seeking an Inventory Associate to perform high‑accuracy stock counts at convenience stores and gas stations on a regional route. The role is full‑time, $22.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturday shifts.

You will travel daily with a local team, counting stock, identifying variances, and reporting findings to store managers. No experience is required; paid training starts Day 1, and benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k)

Qualifications

• No experience needed; paid training provided from Day 1.
• Average 36–42 hours per week with regional travel.
• Must have valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in cool environments.
• On-the-road work environment with daily travel to 1–3 stores.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-accuracy physical stock counting and inventory control audits inside convenience stores and gas stations using handheld counting equipment.
• Count stock across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
• Identify inventory variances, reconcile discrepancies, and provide clear daily audit reports to store managers.
• Travel and carpool daily with your regional team to client store locations.
