Job summary

Quantum Services is seeking an Inventory Associate to perform high-accuracy stock counts and inventory audits inside convenience stores and gas stations along a regional route centered around Lumberton, NC. You will use handheld counting equipment to track stock across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.

This full-time, on-site role requires daily travel with the regional team, early start times, and clear daily audit reports to store managers.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, active auto insurance, and reliable vehicle ownership for daily travel.
• Ability to complete background and MVR screening.
• Stamina to stand, bend, squat, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in cool environments.
• Early risers who enjoy active, hands-on work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-accuracy stock counting and audits in convenience stores and gas stations.
• Count stock across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
• Identify variances, reconcile discrepancies, and provide daily audit reports to managers.
• Travel and carpool daily with regional team to client locations.
