Job summary
Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Specialist Electrician to support operations across the Midwest and southeastern United States. This residence-based role requires strong organization, independent work, and leadership to guide maintenance crews.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical schooling considered.
- 5+ years in petrochemical/manufacturing electrical maintenance preferred.
- Experience with low/medium/high voltage equipment is desirable.
- Supervisory experience is a plus; ability to lead maintenance crews.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, install, troubleshoot, modify, and maintain electrical equipment including motors, transformers, switchgear, and relays.
- Support electrical reliability across plants and facilities; travel within region.
- Diagnose equipment issues and resolve electrical/control failures.
- Develop refurbishment procedures for worn electrical components and oversee repairs.
- Provide technical input for major repairs and reliability improvements.
- Create detailed scopes for repairs, rebuilds, and overhauls.
- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and operations for safe execution.
- Prepare technical reports and equipment assessments.
