New Virginia Majority in Virginia is seeking a Regional Field Director to lead paid voter outreach efforts, recruit and manage a field team, and drive annual outreach goals. You will report to the Statewide Field Director and Political Director, ensuring data quality and timely reporting.

The role requires organization, self-motivation, and alignment with NVM values, with travel across the region and full-time benefits including health coverage and allowances.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a successful field team.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, and related software.
• Ability to work irregular/long hours at peak times.

DESCRIPTION

New Virginia Majority is hiring a Regional Field Director to manage its paid voter outreach programs. Ideal candidates will be highly organized, detail‑oriented and self‑starters. Regional Field Directors report to the Statewide Field Director and Political Director.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is full time and eligible for NVM's full package of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as monthly phone and transportation allowances. Annual salary $50,000 to $60,000 commensurate with experience, and comes with an excellent benefits package including health, vision, dental. The Regional Field Director is responsible for his/her own travel to/from Virginia (if relocating) and local housing.

NVM and our affiliated hub organizations cover 100% of the individual cost and 75% of the family cost for medical, dental, life and short‑term disability insurance for our full‑time employees. We provide transportation and cell phone allowances every month.
