Job summary

Summit Growth Group is seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive field sales across an assigned United States territory. In this role you will conduct door-to-door outreach, qualify prospects, demonstrate products, and close deals in the field.

You will manage a growing pipeline, document activities in CRM, and collaborate with leadership to optimize territory performance. This is a full-time, commission-based role with uncapped earnings and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door, direct, or field sales preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales outreach within an assigned territory.
• Engage prospective customers, build rapport, and establish trust quickly.
• Identify customer needs through effective discovery conversations.
• Present and demonstrate products and services in a compelling way.
• Overcome objections and confidently close sales in the field.
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Manage and grow a pipeline of prospects within your territory.
• Represent the brand professionally at all times in the field.
• Collaborate with team leads and management to optimize territory performance.
