Job summary

CHANEL in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Fashion Expertise to shape the learning culture across West & Hawaii, ensuring the CHANEL allure is transmitted to every Fashion Advisor and reinforced throughout their tenure.

The role provides regional leadership, partnering with Managers, Fashion Expertise to deliver comprehensive training, strengthen client relationships, and translate global vision into local impact across markets in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years training/organizational development experience.
• Ability to travel up to 70% domestically.
• Partially remote: minimum three days in-person in designated location.
• Luxury fashion, retail training, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new managers, Fashion Expertise, and regional staff; partner with Home Office to keep content aligned with creative vision.
• Develop regional product knowledge training and ensure participation across markets.
• Drive Service Expert Training to translate Chanel Client Relational Promise into action.
• Lead regional client style development strategy and host client styling events and appointments.
• Track KPIs and provide feedback to strengthen training impact and regional strategy.
• Collaborate with Home Office to align regional priorities with national strategy.
