Era Living, LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for the University House Wallingford community in Seattle, WA. Shifts Tue-Sat, 07:30am–04:00pm; schedule flexible based on business needs.

The role covers routine facility maintenance (plumbing, painting, lighting, electrical, carpentry, appliances) and preventative upkeep. Requires a high school diploma/ GED, 1 year tech training or experience, WA driver’s license, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge and mechanical ability for routine maintenance and repair.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Valid WA driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform building facility maintenance including plumbing, painting, lighting, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair.
• Assist the maintenance team with preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.
