Job summary

Riverside Superior Court in California seeks a Facilities Supervisor to lead facilities operations across the Desert Region, including Blythe, Palm Springs and Indio. You will supervise Facilities staff, coordinate maintenance projects, and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA/ADA standards while delivering reliable services to Court operations.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, knowledge of facilities maintenance, and strong problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications

• Option I requires a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field, plus one year of facilities maintenance and two years in lead/supervisory roles.
• Option II accepts a High school diploma or GED with three years facilities maintenance experience and two years in a lead/supervisory role.
• OSHA and ADA familiarity is required; SAP and CAFM knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a facilities team, including assigning work and evaluating performance.
• Prioritize, schedule, and monitor facility maintenance requests and work orders.
• Oversee quality and timeliness of work across the region.
• Coordinate facility maintenance projects, moves, inspections, and special projects.
• Evaluate workflows and implement process improvements.
• Promote workplace safety and ensure PPE usage and regulatory compliance.
