Job summary

Qualifications

Renovations and unit turns execution, coordinating crews, materials, and schedules.
Maintenance oversight, monitoring emergencies, urgent and routine work orders.
Quality control, monthly QC reporting, punch-list closure, and defect remediation.
Strong communication and program support with on-site managers and regional planning.

Responsibilities

Owns execution of the 7-21 day unit-turn window across 5 properties.
Reviews vendor invoices, monitors cost-per-unit variances, and escalates as needed.
Performs monthly property visits to assess work quality and recurring issues.
Reviews preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, roofing and other major systems.
Coordinates MRO supplier accounts at the property level (Chadwell, HD Supply, Ferguson, Lowe's Pro Supply).
Provides weekly status reporting on units, schedules, costs, and maintenance execution.
