Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC seeks a Regional Facilities Manager to lead renovations, unit turns, maintenance oversight, and quality control across a portfolio of 5 properties with 2,765 units. The role requires coordinating crews, materials, and schedules while ensuring adherence to standards and budgets.

Responsibilities include monthly property visits, vendor management, and collaboration with on-site managers. Travel with senior leadership to plan regional execution and program development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading renovations and unit-turns across multi-site portfolios.
• Strong acumen in maintenance program oversight including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Proven track record in quality control, punch-list closure, and vendor performance management.
• Excellent communication with on-site teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
• Ability to travel to properties and support regional execution strategy.

Responsibilities

• Owns execution of 7–21 day unit-turn windows coordinating crews, materials, and schedules.
• Oversees maintenance performance across emergency, urgent, and routine work orders; conducts monthly site visits.
• Reviews preventive maintenance schedules and coordinates MRO supplier accounts at property level.
• Produces weekly status reports on active units, schedule performance, cost tracking, and quality control.
• Travels with VP of Procurement and Interior Operations to properties to shape regional strategy and training.
