Job summary

Leo Facilities Maintenance in Armonk, NY seeks a Service Performance Owner to lead field operations across the Western NY region and beyond. The role emphasizes vendor management, quality control, and on-site oversight. You will build client relationships, review scopes of work, conduct site surveys, and coach suppliers.

Travel is 80%+ with occasional emergencies. Compensation ranges from $68,000 to $75,000 per year, with full-time onsite work and benefits in a growing nationwide facility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and implement scopes of work and SLAs.
• Experience in multi-site facilities management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and build relationships with client locations and regional management.
• Deliver Vendor Quality Control programs within the region.
• Read, understand and implement detailed facilities maintenance scopes of work and service level agreements.
• Facilitate communications between field teams, management, and client locations.
• Manage client relationships up to Regional Vice Presidents.
• Conduct service validations and train vendors.
