Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas, Inc. seeks a Regional Facilities Coordinator to oversee building, grounds, and equipment across Austin and Houston offices.

You will coordinate third-party vendors, manage maintenance tickets, and ensure safety standards are met while supporting the Manager of Facilities Operations. Role requires strong computer skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to handle multiple sites with excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of related experience or Associate’s degree with 3 years of related experience or High School diploma or equivalent + 5 years of related experience.
• Related experience: facilities maintenance, facilities coordinator, facilities technician, facilities management or related.
• Multi-site facilities support preferred; healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains knowledge of PPGT facilities, medical equipment, and supplies.
• Processes facilities-related orders or tickets timely and accurately; follows up for client satisfaction.
• Inspects buildings and grounds of facilities within assigned area.
• Completes quarterly facility audits and annual safety inspections of medical equipment.
• Ensures equipment is in proper working order and available for use.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and functional environment; coordinates purchasing and repair of equipment.
