Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas, Inc. seeks a Director of Security and Facilities Operations to oversee safety, security, and facilities programs across Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, and Houston admin offices. The role drives comprehensive safety strategies and ensures compliance with PPFA guidelines.

You will manage facilities systems, lead crisis response, coordinate with law enforcement, and supervise staff to maintain high service quality and regulatory adherence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 8 years or A.A. + 10 years or HS + 12 years relevant exempt experience.
• Security or safety related exempt experience required; supervisory experience (≥5 years).
• Facilities management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads preventive security measures and risk mitigation.
• Manages vendor contracts and relationships with law enforcement.
• Plans department budgeting and ensures purchases comply.
• Leads incident response planning and on-call operational readiness.
• Oversees security systems and facilities renovations.
• Participates in external advisory groups and emergency preparedness.
