Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas, Inc. seeks a Director of Security and Facilities Operations to lead safety, security, and facilities programs across multiple Texas admin offices.

You will develop comprehensive programs protecting staff, patients, visitors, and property while guiding maintenance, systems, and capital projects. The role requires a strong background in security management, supervisory experience, and collaboration with external agencies.

Qualifications

• Degree and experience requirements listed: Bachelor's with 8+ years, Associate with 10+ years, or High School with 12+ years in security/safety-related roles.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience is required.
• Some facilities management experience preferred.
• IAHHS CPP certification or Board Certification in Security Management desired.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads preventative security measures and risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintains relationships with employees, vendors, law enforcement, and emergency services.
• Oversees vendor contracts and budgeting for security and facilities.
• Plans and coordinates emergency preparedness, disaster recovery, and crisis response.
• Coordinates security for events and supervises facility renovations or new construction.
• Feeds into strategic planning and compliance with PPFA/PPGT policies.
