Job summary

Responsibilities

• Major and minor repairs of all building systems from foundation to roof.
• Maintenance and repair of emergency lighting, fire alarm and security systems.
• Maintaining HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, and emergency generators.
• Coordinate with facility managers to ensure proper operation.
• Supervise subordinate staff on projects and daily assignments.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure safe operations.
