Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Sr. Manager, Regional Facilities to lead facilities programs across Detroit and Minneapolis. You will manage vendor relations, scheduling, inspections, and maintenance across 100+ restaurant cafes, driving reliability and compliance in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The role emphasizes strong project management, stakeholder communication, and travel within the assigned region to ensure facilities operate at peak performance.

Qualifications

5+ years outsourced facilities maintenance program management.
Experience in restaurant facilities/operations preferred.
Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook scheduling.
Excellent scheduling and organizational abilities.
Willingness to travel ~40%.
Ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts.

Responsibilities

Oversee regional facilities projects for 100+ restaurants.
Manage vendor-based facilities program including bidding, reporting, and payments.
Conduct annual site inspections and define improvement plans.
Identify and mitigate risks across maintenance lifecycles.
Coordinate communications with restaurant managers and operations teams.
Prepare status reports for project meetings and reports.
Travel up to 40% within the region.
