Qualifications

• 5+ years outsourced facilities maintenance program management.
• Experience in restaurant facilities/operations preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional facilities management for 100+ restaurant cafes.
• Manage vendor-based facilities program including crisis management, scheduling, bids, and reporting.
• Conduct annual site inspections, identify deficiencies and drive action plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks across maintenance project lifecycles.
• Communicate with restaurant managers and multi-unit operations teams.
• Provide technical expertise for restaurant equipment repairs and replacements.
• Present project status reports at status meetings and manage invoices/payments.
• Travel approximately 40% within the assigned region.
