Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Manager Facilities to lead maintenance and upkeep for our restaurant locations across a defined region. You will coordinate repairs, manage vendors, and monitor budgets to ensure safe, high-quality guest experiences.

Travel up to 40% and after-hours responsiveness are required as part of a dynamic, field-based role. You will partner with Operations and Development during openings and ensure consistent adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing facilities operations in multi-unit environments (restaurant/hospitality preferred).
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of service requests, vendor relationships, and project timelines.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and facilities operations; proactive maintenance mindset.
• Experience with CMMS tools such as ServiceChannel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities repair and maintenance across the assigned region to ensure safe, efficient restaurant operations.
• Liaise with Operations and external vendors via ServiceChannel; triage, troubleshoot, and manage daily work orders.
• Manage proposal and invoice workflows; verify pricing and ensure work meets standards before payment.
• Oversee waste and recycling vendor relationships; ensure timely service and issue resolution.
• Conduct site visits, identify risks, and implement improvements with Operations.
• Support openings with Development during new restaurant launches; participate in reviews and warranty resolution.
• Respond to emergencies, minimize operational impact, and track facilities spending and vendor performance.
• Coach and develop Facilities Supervisors; promote preventative maintenance across the region.
