Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Manager of Facilities to oversee operations for our restaurant locations. You will manage repairs, maintenance, vendor relations, project timelines, and budgets to ensure safe, functional spaces that meet brand standards.

In this role, you will liaise between Operations and vendors, review proposals and invoices, and support new openings with a smooth handoff from construction to operations. Travel up to 40% and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities operations management in multi-unit settings.
• Experience handling high-volume service requests, vendor relationships, and project timelines.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance.
• Experience using ServiceChannel or similar CMMS.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and respond after hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facilities repair and maintenance within the region to keep restaurants safe and operational.
• Serve as liaison between Operations and vendors to triage and resolve maintenance requests in ServiceChannel.
• Manage proposal and invoice workflows, verify pricing, and approve payments.
• Maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely service and issue resolution.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to identify risks and implement solutions.
• Partner with Development during new openings for handoffs from construction to operations.
