Qualifications

• Proficiency in CMMS/work order systems (e.g., OpenWrench).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4–6 District Maintenance Technicians supporting 12–14 gym locations.
• Conduct quarterly audits to ensure brand standards and safety compliance.
• Oversee work order system activity and vendor quotes.
