Job summary

CLUB4 Fitness is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple clubs and drive revenue and operations quality across the region. You will lead General Managers, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional member service while maintaining financial performance.

The role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration with marketing, and hands-on coaching of club leaders to deliver strong results and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years in management roles, with demonstrated responsibility for multiple locations or responsibility over at least five (5) direct reports, preferably in a high-volume fitness, hospitality, or retail environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required; 2- or 4-year degree, is preferred; ten (10) years of supervisory experience may be substituted for advanced education as a preference.
• Must be CPR/AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the region is fully staffed from the General Manager down to the front desk customer service representatives.
• Partner with all the General Managers in the region to ensure their personal development in the organization as a manager; this includes recurring meetings, development plans, bench planning, etc.
• Drive revenue of the region in all areas of business.
• Work cross functionally with other regional team members and marketing to execute all initiatives in the field, including Club openings, launches, special events, etc.
• Maximize member retention through ensuring high levels of customer service and cleanliness, as well as a variety of innovative and educational programs, continual upgrades of exercise equipment and responsiveness to member needs and suggestions.
• Manage the expense goals of the facilities through working with General Managers and Assistant General Managers on payroll and supply ordering.
