Job summary

Walmart in Ohio is seeking a Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to lead regional facility maintenance, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant buildings for associates and customers.

You will oversee a team of technicians, manage vendor relationships, perform reporting and analytics, and ensure permits and licenses are kept current. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Licensed Master Plumber and 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, engineering, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in the above areas with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Master Electrician License or equivalent in the state you will be working.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance of our facilities within a regional area.
• Lead a team of technicians, ensuring buildings operate efficiently and safely.
• Travel approximately 50% or more within the region.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility services needs; work with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Reporting and analytics; maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and schedule inspections as required.
