Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Licensed Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations to supervise the predictive and preventive maintenance of our facilities across a regional area in Gulfport, MS. You will lead technicians, partner with Store Managers and Vendors, and ensure safe, efficient environments for associates and customers.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years in general facilities services/building maintenance
• Electrical, plumbing or mechanical experience
• Leadership, communication and problem solving skills
• Customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventive maintenance across regional Walmart facilities
• Lead and develop a team of technicians; coordinate with store managers and leadership
• Maintain licenses and permits; ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Perform reporting and analytics on facility operations
