Qualifications

• Education: High School + Equivalent Experience or Bachelor/4 Year Degree.
• Experience: 3-5 years of Management of multi unit retail operations in a franchise environment.
• Strong communication skills both written and oral with emphasis on dispute resolution.
• Ability to perform multi-tasks within competing timeliness.
• General or Strong knowledge of Project management processes.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day maintenance processes for the assigned Market.
• Monitors open calls, KPI review/analysis, invoice and dispute resolution.
• Manages facilities-driven projects for equipment, building systems and betterment replacements.
• Ensures compliance with project scope and budget; lifecycle duties.
• Manages maintenance and capital budgets for coverage areas.
• Uses data to drive actionableresults for expense and capital spend.
• Field and site visits to evaluate service levels with maintenance programs.
• Formulates equipment and business system replacement programs during store visits.
• Represents Facilities in meetings with Operations and Franchisees and other stakeholders.
